If you love music, love people and are looking for something exciting to do this fall, come to the Walnut Valley Festival!!!  This five-day acoustic and bluegrass music festival is a feast for the senses!  Everywhere you turn, you will hear fantastic music ... whether by the professional musicians performing on one of the four main stages, or coming from the festival-goers jamming in the campsites in the "Pecan Grove."  You can listen to (and join in, if you are so inclined) music going on 24-hours a day during this energetic festival! 

 

Make sure to spend plenty of time checking out the colorful campsites in the Pecan Grove.  Many "themed" campsites have long-standing traditions and return year after year.  Hundreds of campers prepare for the Festival by participating in "Land Rush" a week before the event starts.  Campers line up weeks in advance to get dibs on their favorite camping spot!

 

Delicious food is abundant at the Festival.  Visit one of the many food vendors on the midway for a vast array of items.  Or, while wandering through the campsites you might even be invited to stay for a bowl of chili!  Many festival-goers know no stranger!
