From ancient fossils to modern art, Oakley, Kansas, has what explorers want - most of it with a historical background. 

Fun fact:  the City of Oakley spans over three counties.  Most of town is in Logan County, but the football practice field and a small neighborhood on the north is in Thomas County.  A few years ago the city limits were extended east to include Mitten's Travel Plaza at I-70, located in Gove County.
