Event Description: LURAY FRIENDSHIP DAY, held annually, will start with a city-wide garage sale at 8 am and continuing until noon. The  Food Stand and Homemade Ice Cream Stand open at 11:00 AM.  A basketball tourney for the youth will be held at the same time. The parade will start at 1:00 pm and travel from the south end of Fairview Ave. north to the City Park.  Entries are welcome and one can call me to enter or show up that day to enter.
