Event Description: A/K/A "Birthday Bash", this event celebrates the official opening of Kansas' first large rail-trail project, the Prairie Spirit Trail. Annually in March the Birthday Bash is held with a party atmosphere, entertainment and a delicious buffet meal, courtesy of the Friends of the Prairie Spirit Trail. Cost: $6 per person. State and local dignitaries are invited. Silent auction helps raise funds for trail enhancement projects. See you there!
